These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the INDOR mobile application, related websites, and associated home-service coordination services operated by Home Indor Technology Inc. ("Home Indor," "INDOR," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply equally to the version of INDOR distributed through the Apple App Store and the version distributed through Google Play. 1. Acceptance of TermsAceptación de los Términos

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing or using INDOR or any related service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current. INDOR is a technology platform that helps homeowners organize information about their property (repair history, appliances, and maintenance records) and connects homeowners with independent, third-party home service providers ("Providers"). INDOR does not itself perform any home repair, maintenance, inspection, or improvement work. INDOR is not a contractor, is not a party to the agreement between a homeowner and a Provider for any job, and does not employ, supervise, or control any Provider. 4. Accounts and RegistrationCuentas y Registro

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use. 5. Homeowner ResponsibilitiesResponsabilidades del Propietario

Homeowners are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting a Provider, agreeing on scope, price, schedule, and payment directly with the Provider, and confirming that the Provider carries any license or insurance the homeowner requires for a given job. INDOR does not select a Provider on your behalf and does not guarantee that any specific Provider will accept, complete, or perform a job satisfactorily. 6. Provider Responsibilities and Independent Contractor StatusResponsabilidades del Proveedor y Condición de Contratista Independiente

Providers who register on INDOR are independent businesses or independent contractors, not employees, partners, joint venturers, or agents of Home Indor Technology Inc. Providers are solely responsible for the quality, legality, licensing, insurance, and performance of their own work, for complying with applicable law, and for their own tax and labor obligations. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between INDOR and any Provider. INDOR may review licensing, insurance, or other documentation submitted by a Provider before labeling that Provider "verified" or "insured" within the app. This review reflects that documentation was submitted and reviewed at a point in time; it is not a warranty or guarantee that the Provider is currently licensed or insured, that the documentation is accurate or up to date, or that the Provider will perform any job competently, safely, or at all. You should independently confirm any license or insurance information that matters to you directly with the Provider or the relevant licensing/insurance authority before hiring. 8. Insurance, Financing, and Third-Party PartnersSeguros, Financiamiento y Socios Externos

INDOR is not an insurance company or licensed insurance agency and does not sell, underwrite, or guarantee insurance coverage. Any insurance-related information, offer, or referral presented in the Services is provided by, and subject to the terms and underwriting decisions of, independent third-party insurance partners. Similarly, any financing option (including any financing referral through a bank or lending partner) is offered by, and subject to the credit approval and terms of, that independent third-party financial institution. INDOR is not a lender, does not extend credit, and does not guarantee approval, rates, or terms of any financing or insurance product. INDOR no es una compañía de seguros ni una agencia de seguros autorizada y no vende, suscribe ni garantiza cobertura de seguro. Cualquier información, oferta o referencia relacionada con seguros que se presente en los Servicios es proporcionada por, y está sujeta a los términos y decisiones de suscripción de, socios aseguradores externos independientes. 9. Fees and PaymentsTarifas y Pagos

INDOR may charge fees for certain features of the Services, which will be disclosed to you before you incur them. Payment for a Provider's work is a matter between the homeowner and the Provider unless the app displays an in-app payment flow at the time of a transaction, in which case the terms shown at checkout apply. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to Apple's or Google's respective payment terms and refund policies. 10. User ContentContenido del Usuario

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (photos, property records, reviews, messages). By submitting content, you grant Home Indor Technology Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to submit it. You agree not to: violate any law or the rights of others; impersonate any person or entity; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including false license or insurance documentation); circumvent the Services to avoid applicable fees; interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security; scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Services; or use the Services for any purpose other than the personal, non-commercial coordination of home services (or, for Providers, offering legitimate home services). The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and the INDOR name and marks, are owned by Home Indor Technology Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the app for its intended purpose, no rights are granted to you in the Services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party, and your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party's own terms. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PROVIDER'S WORK WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOME INDOR TECHNOLOGY INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY WORK PERFORMED BY A PROVIDER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO INDOR (NOT TO A PROVIDER OR THIRD PARTY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Indor Technology Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damages, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any Provider or homeowner. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court or claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court. You and INDOR each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if required by law. Material changes will be highlighted through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
